At Hong Kong Baptist University, the Institute for Innovation and Translation is dedicated to building a robust ecosystem that forges innovation and advances entrepreneurial ventures. The entrepreneurship team is set to drive capital and establish a high-impact strategic market for the University through high-level engagement at local and international platforms and provide end-to-end commercialisation support from expert matching to investment to ensure research deliverables to addressing industry challenges.
Funding Opportunities
We coordinate essential funding schemes such as the Research, Academic and Industry Sectors One-plus Scheme (RAISe+ Scheme), InnoHK and Entrepreneurship Fund (E-fund), and support HKBU research communities to secure various government and non-government fundings throughout their entrepreneurial journey.
Partnerships and Investor Network
A strategic partnership network has been established with top-tier institutions, government bodies, and venture capital firms to support and advance our entrepreneurship development. Regular meetings and networking activities are organised between HKBU and industry partners to foster technological exchange and drive cooperation initiatives.
